• It is always a good idea to consider your requirements before purchasing a lot. Every parcel of land comes with restrictions.

Your budget

• Always a good idea to have a figure in mind to make sure the final design would be feasible.

Pencil your requirements

• Have a general idea of what amenities you would like in your house. Questions such as:

• Number of bedrooms & bathrooms you require?
• Do all bedrooms need attached bathrooms?
• Do you need an office or a mud room?
• Location of laundry, on main floor or on upper floor?
• Any specific requirements such as Feng shui or vastu shastra?

How long does it take to build a new home?
